Pin Up Shoot

Finally, with back to school here, I can start focusing on updating my website.  There's a lot that has gone undone just because of keeping up with everything during summer.

First our of the gate, sharing these amazing images of Alex. The goal here was a retro modern pin up shoot.  Playful and teasing all the way.

Vulnerability and Strength

I've started a portrait series that I hope to do in exclusively black and white. I say 'hope' because as projects grow they evolve and though my intention is to aim for real, rather than beautiful, I find the real beautiful.  And as it evolve it may turn into color. But for now, black and white is the goal.

The first one. Vulnerability and strength, for they reside together.

Town of Leaside Centennial

The town of Leaside (which is a division of Toronto) celebrated it's 100 year anniversary.  It was a big extravaganza to celebrate the milestone.  Present were many dignitaries, including Kathleen Wynne, the Premier of Ontario. But exciting for me was that the Prime Minister of Canada, Stephen Harper, also came to the gala and shared memories of growing up there as a boy.

A Gift For A Fiance

A woman I know wanted to do a shoot for her fiance as a gift.  It was a surprise, so I've had to hold off on sharing any photos with you.  The photos I am sharing are the ones she gave me permission to share. Understandably, there's ones that she doesn't want anyone except her fiance to see.
